H Oil Group is an international private group of companies dedicated to oil & gas exploration and trading, (H Oil & Minerals Ltd.) and infrastructure development projects (H.O.M.T. Ltd.)
 
The Group was founded in Switzerland and Madrid in 1987 by a former founding member of Glencore International AG and other senior members of Glencore.
 
H Oil Group is a specialist in Africa and the Balkans, with regional offices in Angola, Southern Sudan, Serbia, United Kingdom, Cyprus, France, Spain and The British Virgin Islands.   
 
The Group's senior management possesses over 240 years of combined oil & gas industry and infrastructure development expertise.  The Group's primary activity centers on:
  Acquisition of,  and equity investment in, oil & gas exploration assets, including acting as Operator for the exploration and development of such assets.  H Oil & Minerals Ltd.'s technical and operating team has in the past been responsible for the operations of oil & gas exploration concessions in 23 countries on six continents and has discovered in excess of 1.9 billion boe of hydrocarbons  
     
  Promotion, development and financing of infrastructure and other turnkey projects in Africa and the Balkans in telecommunications, transportation, education, health, agriculture and waste management .  H.O.M.T. Ltd. has entered into projects for in excess of US$380 million in 2007  
     
  Crude oil & oil products trading (H Oil Group historic volumes of up to 100,000 bbl/day)
